Booking Confirmation Policy
As you would expect at Andrew Photographic bookings are confirmed in writing
Over the course of any business period we have many enquiries that turn into firm bookings, and those that remain only as enquiries.
As with a hotel or similar booking we issue a confirmation letter, by traditional post.
Our booking system is straightforward, you are asked to complete a booking form, a booking is taken, and within 5 working day a confirmation letter is issued.
On occasions we have had calls from clients of other photographers; it has beggared belief to find that these people did not know who they were dealing with, as their photographer did not issue a receipt or other paperwork.
The above may be obvious to most, however some think because they have asked about our services someone will "just turn up"
A booking is not a booking until confirmed.
